Chef Armand Vanderstigchel -- author, national brand recipe developer and celebrity chef on the Food Network and the Today Show -- opened 51 Supper Club and Lounge on June 9 at Downtown at the Gardens.
Vanderstigchel has developed a menu featuring a “Euro-trail” of food blended with ingredients indigenous to the northern and middle regions of Europe, including Belgium, France, Tuscany, Germany, Holland and Scandinavia, with a touch of old New York. The Chicago-born, New York- and Netherlands-raised culinary artist has 25 years of experience in the kitchen.
Vanderstigchel said Palm Beach County is “the country’s newest culinary destination.”
The décor at 51 Supper Club and Lounge is geared toward diners looking for memorable comfort foods while slow dancing in the piano lounge to the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. Lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch will be served.
