I know many of you. A lifelong resident of Florida, I grew up in North Palm Beach and live in Palm Beach Gardens. I have covered charitable events and human-interest stories involving our ever-present philanthropic community for more than 20 years, most “notably” as the Notables editor at The Palm Beach Post.

As developer of North County Current, I aim to fill its online pages with your nonprofit news and connect with the causes that make our area a better place to live, work and play.

I am privileged to have volunteered for two local organizations — Friends of MacArthur Beach State Park and Special Olympics Palm Beach County — and know the important role publicity plays in their livelihoods and in the livelihoods of so many other organizations in our community.
