For the last two weeks (ending Friday, June 10, 2011), the top sales in North County real estate was at 18882 Point Drive, Anchorage Point, Tequesta. The home was listed on November 8, 2010 for $3.5 million, and was currently listed for $3.2 million. It sold on June 7, 2011 for $2.7 million.

A riverfront estate with a guest home, it was located on more than a half-acre on a gated property and offered views of the lighthouse. The main house had five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths.
