Abacoa Community Garden's once a month meet-up to tend the "all for one, one for all" Sharing Garden is coming up Saturday, Nov. 19 at 9 a.m. at 1022 West Community Drive, Jupiter (West side of Central between Dakota Drive and Indian Creek, next to LifeSong Community Church).
This is a great opportunity for first-timers to learn about Jupiter's first community garden and how they can participate, and check out what's growing. No green thumb required.
Activities for children will include a fun, fall harvest craft and story time (plus exciting opportunities to harvest the Children's Garden and enjoy the fruits of their labor-literally!).
Upcoming Get Your Hands Dirty Days and Children's Garden activities will be held at the Garden on the third Saturday of every month. Due to the holidays, December's event will be held Saturday, December 10.
