The 2011 Summer Showcase took center stage at the Burt Reynolds Institute for Film & Theatre in Jupiter, featuring performances by graduating students from Burt Reynolds’ master-acting class.

Nine scenes from some of the most popular plays delighted the audience. They included The In-laws, with Michael Vadnal and Robb Sellards; Life and Limb, with Sherman Roberts and Jeanne Bennett; The Gingerbread Lady, with Rhonda Stearns and Jackie McDow; Chapter Two, with Klif Gehring and Robb Sellards; Chocolate, with Vadnal and Amy Hoerler; The Star Spangled Girl, with Gregg Goldsbury, Kate Katzman and Sellards; Wanda’s Visit, with Earleen Marlow, Tina Pfeiffer and Mark Emerson; He, She and It, with Richard Ribuffo and Marianne Haaland; and The Odd Couple, with Todd Vittum and Bill Butland.
